Raccoon Events, a UK based consumer show organiser, is expanding in the US via a JV with Snowsports Industries America to develop the Snowbound Expo. The show will take place in Boston in November and is forecasting 10,000 attendees and 140 exhibitors.
The company is also to launch a new show in the UK equestrian sector. The National Equine Show will take place at the National Exhibition Centre in March 2023 with a focus on equestrian retail without the horse show aspects of competing events. Unlike its competitors, it will have a pre-season slot in the equestrian calendar, allowing attendees to prepare for the competitive season ahead. The show will host sessions on topics such as safety and well-being.
Raccoon Events was established in 2016 and is best known for its National Running Show. It focusses on health and well-being via specific verticals including running, cycling and snow sports in both the UK and US. The company is expanding its running show format in the US.
