Colin Morrison is a former journalist who has been CEO of media and entertainment companies in Europe and the AsiaPacific including: EMAP, Australian Consolidated Press, Axel Springer, Future, Reed Elsevier, and Hearst. He is an investor, director, and consultant of companies in the UK, Europe and Australia. He launched Flashes & Flames in 2011. It was honoured as an Influencer by the Folio:100 in 2016. He has been a keynote speaker at conferences in Australia, the US, India, South Africa, the UK and Portugal. In the UK, Colin was awarded the OBE in 2018.
Kieran Delaney is owner-founder of Mathematics, which designs and builds web sites, apps and digital products for media companies and brands including Facebook, Dazed, Mixmag, Audi, Birkenstock, Kerrang! and RayBan. He has also been variously involved in web projects for NME, Adidas, X-Box, Stella McCartney and 02. Previously, he had been Commercial Art Director for the highly successful FHM.com at Bauer Media.
Ian Findlay has managed M&A, fund-raising and strategic development for some of Europe’s largest B2C and B2B media groups including: Reed Elsevier and EMAP (now Bauer/Ascential). He managed the highly-successful $2bn break-up auction for EMAP Plc in the UK, France and Australia. He has since been an investor and consultant in independent media companies. Previously, he was a management consultant.
Sarah Risebrow is a highly-experienced analyst of companies and markets. She undertakes acquisition search, company valuation, strategic due diligence, post-acquisition integration and marketing planning in financial services, healthcare, retail, as well as media.
