Turkish tech news website Webrazzi has acquired Tech.eu which covers technology news across Europe. The two companies will combine their data and analysis resources. Webrazzi was established in 2006 and reaches more than 1m readers a month. This reach will be expanded by the purchase of Tech.eu which was launched in 2013. The company strategy is now to expand across Europe and possibly into the Middle East region. Terms not disclosed.
