US audiobook company RBMedia has bought Booka, the Spanish language audiobooks publisher.The Booka audio backlist has leading authors and narrators and will have interest to the fast growing Spanish language market in the Americas. Albert Codina Llorens founded Booka and started to develop the audiobook catalogue in 2014. RB Media, owned by investment house KKR, has a catalogue of 50k titles.
