TV and publishing conglomerate Bauer Media Group is acquiring Acierto, a Spanish price comparison site for insurance. This follows its purchase of CrediMarket in 2019 – and comes hard on the heels of magazine competitor Future’s major purchase of GoCompare in the UK. Terms not disclosed.
