Centaur,one of the leading privately-owned business publishers in the UK, today announces plans for a float on AIM valuing the company at approximately £128 million.
Centaur’s portfolio includes 25 magazines, including Marketing Week, Money Marketing, The Lawyer and NewMedia Age, in seven key business sectors-marketing, Financial Services, creative services, legal services , new media, construction and engineering.The shares begin trading on March 10th.
