After encountering sanctions-related trading difficulty and the prospect of customer boycotts, the UK-based, quoted trade show organiser Hyve Group is selling its Russian operations to Rise Expo for up to £72m, with £60m upfront. Rise Expo is based in UAE. Russia once accounted for almost 50% of all Hyve revenue.
