Carousell, the Singapore-based smartphone and web-based consumer-to-consumer and business-to-consumer marketplace for new and secondhand goods. is in talks to acquire 99 Group, a regional real estate marketplace business, according to the local Business Times. The negotiations are said to involve more than US$150m in cash and shares.
