California-based Teacher Created Materials (TCM) has bought Free Spirit Publishing, a Minneapolis publisher of social and emotional learning titles for young people. Free Spirit was founded in 1983 by Judy Galbraith, a specialist gifted and talented teacher and now covers 300 titles which are complementary to TCM’s existing offer. No purchase price has been disclosed.
