ViacomCBS is buying a majority stake in the Spanish language TV company Fox TeleColombia & Estudios TeleMexico from its current owners Walt Disney. The TV content creation company will be run in collaboration with the TeleMexico founding family. Fox TeleColombia & Estudios TeleMexico has production studios in both Colombia and Mexico as well as a substantial content library. ViacomCBS already provides production and distribution across 180 countries through its portfolio of TV brands including Nickelodeon, MTV and Paramount Network.
