Acquisitive B2B information company Industry Dive has bought the assets of PharmaLinx, bringing with them the PharmaVoice brand which serves 60,000 professionals in the pharmaceutical industry. The deal is Industry Dive’s fourth acquisition in the last 18 months, building to a forecast revenue of $80m by the end of this year, with margins of 30%. The company covers over 20 different niche markets and reaches 11m professionals.
