DMGT subsidiary DMG Media Ireland is to buy trade brands Business plus (a magazine) and the Biz Plus website, from Irish parent company Nalac. The company was founded by Siobhan O’Connell who remains a shareholder. It is now majority owned by its publisher Nick Mulcahy.
