99 Group, the owner of property website 99.co, has acquired Singapore Real Estate Exchange (SRX), a fellow property website operated by Streetsine Singapore which is owned by Singapore Business Holdings. Terms not disclosed. SRX was founded in 2009 and includes X-Value, a property valuation tool. 99Group operates across Singapore and Indonesia.
