Esports Entertainment Group, a Malta-based and Nasdaq quoted online gambling company, is to buy the UK-based Esports Gaming League. EGL is an operator of events enabling 350,000 members to interact on its platform. It produces esports events, live broadcasts, games and tournaments, and had $1.3m in revenue in 2019.
