Anthem Publishing, the UK-based publisher of Vegan Food & Living, Simply Vegan, Women’s Running, and Classic Pop magazines, has acquired Planet Mindful, from TI Media. Terms have not been disclosed.
The 17-year-old Anthem was founded and is owned by Jon Bickley and Simon Lewis, former executives of Future Plc.
In 2018, Anthem sold its music-making magazines including MusicTech and The Guitar Magazine to Singapore-based BandLab Technologies which last year also acquired NME and Uncut from TI Media.
