US government information provider GovExec has acquired CJIS Group, a lead gen and purchasing information provider in the IT vertical across layers of US government and all stages of the purchase process. The business will be incorporated within GovExec’s The Atlas MarketEdge offer. It is GoveExec’s 13th deal since its own acquisition by Growth Catalyst Partners in March 2020 and strengthens its market position as a complete offer for sales into US government organisations. Terms not disclosed.
