Echobot, a B2B sales intelligence service in Europe, and Leadfeeder, a web visitor tracker which monitors intent and qualifies leads, are to merge to create a sales leads platform with a €180m investment from Boston based PE Great Hill Partners. Echobot was founded in 2011, Leadfeeder in 2012. The combined entity will have over 250 employees across Europe and the US with its headquarters in Germany.
