UK-based, digital media company Digitalbox which specialises in entertainment content for mobile, has acquired the assets of TVguide.co.uk for £0.6m in a staged cash deal subject to the company’s website being upgraded, completion and earnout. The deal should be earnings accretive and the acquired service will be rebranded as Yo.tv
