108 Media, an international TV producer based in the UK, Singapore and North America, is to buy the Malaysia-based Revolution Media, which was founded in 2013 and MBOd in 2019. The deal is the second for 108 Media in the last six months after its acquisition of 3,500 hours of TV with the assets of DCD Media at the end of last year. Terms not disclosed.
