UK regional business publisher Black Ox Media Events has acquired the bi-monthly Business & Innovation Magazine. The company last year bought Thames Valley and South East based brand The Business Magazine and this latest acquisition covers the UK region around Oxford and Midlands. Terms not disclosed.
