In its eighth deal of the year so far, the acquisitive Tennessee-based Endeavor Business Media has acquired the energy news company Microgrid Knowledge. The company comprises online news serving 375k users supplemented by a conference attracting energy sector innovators, large energy firms and policy makers scheduled for June. The acquisition complements existing Endeavor energy brands. Terms not disclosed.
