US quoted commercial property information company CoStar Group has bought COMREAL INFO, the French owner of commercial property market BureauxLocaux. The service is offered on a subscription basis to commercial property professionals in France.
BureauxLocaux was launched in 2008 and now generates almost 500k monthly visitors to its website with over 60,000 property listings. CoStar generates 90m monthly visitors across the US and Europe with revenues of almost $1bn. It offers digital marketplaces for property professionals supplemented by data and analytics. The new acquisition will sit alongside CoStar’s other European interests, Realla.co.uk in UK and Belbex.com in Spain. Terms not disclosed.
