Keystone Academic Solutions, of Oslo, Norway has acquired the UK-based post-graduate search tool FindAUniversity. Keystone already serves 54m potential students annually across eight verticals including online, masters and MBA niches. The acquisition should add a further 14m visitors. FindAUniversity, established in 2001, operates two main brands covering masters and PhD courses. Terms not disclosed although Keystone raised an indicative $23m in additional funding at the close of the transaction.
