Bonnier, of Sweden, has agreed to sell seven of its US magazines, including Field & Stream, Popular Science and Saveur, to Miami-based North Equity LLC, which owns existing digital properties in motoring and military and whose Brookline Media has also acquired the Task & Purpose military news site. Terms of either deal have not been disclosed.
Earlier this month, Bonnier announced that Octane Lending, a US company serving the financial needs of consumers in the motorsports market, had bought the digital assets of its US Motorcycle Group whose brands include: Motorcyclist, ATV Rider, Cycle World and Cycle Volta.
