Localsearch, a subsidiary of Swisscom, has acquired Renovero, the artisan leads service, from TX Group. Renovero brings a website, search and leads platform together to give artisans and craftspeople a single platform for leads from home owners and property managers. Localsearch is an established Swiss directory and search operator across several sectors for SMEs. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
