Danish media company Jysk Fynske Medier has agreed to buy North Media Aviser A/S, which holds the newspaper interests of North Media covering national and local papers and digital properties in Denmark. Jysk Fynske Medier already owns 13 dailies, 53 weeklies and radio and digital brands. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed. Pre-Covid, the company had expected the Aviser division to have 2020 revenues of approximately 90M DKr.
