Real Response Media, of the UK, has acquired the assets of Air Transport Publications (ATP) from Samedan Ltd, comprising quarterly titles MRO, Aircraft Cabin Management, Airline Cargo Management and Low Cost & Regional Airline Business, the monthly online MRO News Focus and two directories.
ATP was founded in 1996 with the Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering Directory. Real Response Media was established in 2011, focusing principally on the cruise travel market. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
