Ascend Learning LLC, of the US, has acquired the health titles of Wolters Kluwer including titles in dental hygiene, clinical laboratory science, massage therapy and nutrition. They will be incorporated into Ascend’s Jones & Bartlett portfolio. Ascend Learning provides online education to students, employers and colleges.
Wolters Kluwer is a Netherlands-based global provider of professional information, software solutions, and services for the health, tax & accounting, governance, risk & compliance, and legal & regulatory sectors. It reported 2018 annual revenues of €4.3bn.
