ComplianceOnline, of the UK, provider of regulatory data to the gambling and payment markets, has completed an MBO backed by Kester Capital. ComplianceOnline runs Payments Compliance, Gambling Compliance and RegData brands. The company was established in 2007 in the US to focus on gambling, adding payments services to its portfolio in 2015. It has benefitted from the growth of regulation in worldwide markets. Founder David Morgan, is to leave the company which will continue to be led by CEO Mike Woolfrey. The company employs 34 people and is believed to have revenue of less than £10m.
