A cloud comms company, Infobip, has bought the southern European focussed developer Croatian language title Netokracija. Infobip is aiming to strengthen its links with developers by creating content for and by the developer community. The deal follows Infobip’s earlier acquisition of the Shift conference. Netokracija has been operating for 13 years and serves the fast growing markets in Croatia and Serbia. Terms not disclosed.
