The New York Sun, a broadsheet newspaper published between 2002 and 2008, is to relaunch digitally. Its previous owner, Seth Lipsky, who published opinion pieces in the intervening years, has sold the property to Dovid Efune who previously edited Jewish title The Algemeiner. Efune will become the publisher while Lipsky will become editor. The title will have a conservative leaning and will seek to cover politics locally and nationally, along with cultural coverage.
