‘Meredith-IAC lifestyle leader’

A deal between IAC, the internet holding company led by Barry Diller, and US magazine leader Meredith Corp would create one of the world’s largest food, home and lifestyle media companies, according to Axios. The idea behind the reported $2.7bn deal would apparently be to combine Meredith’s 20 brands with the 14 owned by Dotdash (the internet publisher created by IAC after the acquisition of About. com in 2012) to create a lifestyle publishing behemoth.
