Baxter Bulletin and four news brands in Missouri, US, have been bought by Phillips Media Group as Gannett continues to sell-off local titles. Phillips Media was established by Rupert E Phillips, a former publisher of the Arkansas title, and publishes other local news media. Post-acquisition, the company will publish 17 titles across Arkansas, Missouri and Illinois. Terms not disclosed.
