Enthusiast Gaming Holdings, of Canada, has acquired the LA-based Omnia Media from its parent Blue Ant Media Solutions for $11.2m. The combination will be the largest media and esports platform in North America with 300m monthly gaming and esports users. Omnia has 50m monthly users across its worldwide user base. Together they will generate an estimated 4bn monthly views.
