Pugpig, the UK-based news and media publishing platform, has added privately-owned US online magazine company Bondi. The newly acquired team will be based at Pugpig’s New York office and will facilitate expansion within the US while now offering online magazine archives. UK Pugpig has a roster of 350 brands including Conde Nast and Tortoise while Bondi hosts Vogue, Vanity Fair, Architectural Digest and Esquire amongst others. Bondi has an archive which is searchable and has been built up across its 17-year history. The company was founded by David Anthony and Murat Aktar and began by hosting the archives of The New Yorker.
