TC Media, an educational publishing subsidiary of print and packaging corporation Transcontinental Inc and publisher of French language books within North America, has acquired the Editions du Renouveau Pédagogique Inc (ERPI) from Pearson Plc, the world’s largest educational publisher. ERPI is based in Quebec, Canada and publishes education materials; the company was founded in 1965 and acquired by Pearson in 1989.
