The frenetically acquisitive GovExec information company has announced its latest acquisition, this time of Forecast International, a subscription information company in global Defence and Aerospace.
Forecast International also undertakes forecasting along with client research and consulting services. Its offer includes 36 subscription reports and 27 forecast models along with over 1,300 annual reports. The newly-acquired brands will join GovExec’s defence assets including Military Periscope, Defence Systems and Defence One. Terms not disclosed.
This is GovExec’s eleventh acquisition since March 2020, when the Washington DC-based company was itself acquired by Growth Catalyst Partners.
