Altus Group, the Toronto, Canade based provider of software and data services in the property vertical, is to buy Scryer Inc which owns the Reonomy US-oriented real estate data platform for $200m in cash. Scryer was founded in 2013 and has expected revenues of $21m for the current year. It has fund-raised $128m to date; the company has a headcount of 115. The perceived value lies in Reonomy’s data and predictive AI technology with records on 50m commercial properties.
