Enhesa, the private equity owned, Belgium-based content and consulting company – which claims to be the market leader in global environmental, health and safety compliance – has acquired the HCB magazine and website from Cargo Media Ltd. HCB was established in 1980 in the UK and covers the global transport, storage and handling of dangerous goods. Last year, Enhesa acquired Chemical Watch, a UK-based advisor on chemicals legislation.
