B2B newsletter specialist Industry Dive, of the US, has acquired Ladders News, a daily with over 2m subscribers, from parent Ladders Inc. The Ladders News brand will not continue, with its 13m subscribers converting to relevant Industry Dive publications across marketing, construction, finance and other sectors.
Ladders Inc was founded in the early 2000s. After the sale, Ladders Inc will refocus its activity on senior recruitment. Terms not disclosed.
