TechnologyAdvice, a content and lead gen service serving IT professionals and based in Tennessee, has acquired Tech Republic, a newsletter and online information, from Red Ventures Inc. Tech Republic has 18m registered users internationally, with a claimed monthly user base of 10m, who will join TechnologyAdvice’s stable of B2B media services. Terms not disclosed.
