India-based matchmaking service Matrimony.com is to buy the online wedding platform ShaadiSaga from its parent Boatman Tech. ShaadiSaga links 40k wedding suppliers with potential customers in major Indian cities. It was founded in 2015 and claims 1m monthly users.
