Two Singapore meetings and events companies, Temasek’s SingEx and Singapore Press Holding’s Sphere Exhibits are to merge and will be known as SingEx-Sphere, owned 60:40 by Temasek and SPH. SingEx has been managing events for 40 years and last year developed broadcast and digital studios.
