New York based private equity firm Rubelmann Capital has acquired US B2B brands Hotel Business and InspireDesign from parent company ICD Publications. Hotel Business covers a sector that has experienced a torrid pandemic year. Rubelmann focusses on investment in media-tech, industry and financial services. Terms not disclosed.
