Environmental Risk Information Services (ERIS) – owned by GVIC Communications Corp, of Canada – has bought GeoSearch LLC, of Texas.
ERIS was formed in 1999 and provides companies across North America with risk data on property. GeoSearch, founded in 1997, has complementary risk tools with a US focus. The combined company will assist with property due diligence including environmental, historic ownership and development data. Terms not disclosed.
