Adweek buys publishing brands

US B2B brand Adweek, itself the subject of a recent purchase by Shamrock Capital, has acquired the Target Marketing and Publishing Executive magazine brands and the FUSE Media publishing tech event from NAPCO Media, of Philadelphia. Terms not disclosed. 

NAPCO is a B2B publisher in printing and packaging, retail, non-profit, and promotional products, and is owned by the Printed United Alliance professional association.
