Investment company KKR has completed its purchase of US edtech company Overdrive, in a deal that was first announced last year. Overdrive provides a digital reading platform for schools and libraries and was previously owned by Rakuten. The company provides reading apps for libraries and schools across 78 countries. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
