Arcadia Publishing, local history publisher in the US, has acquired River Road Press, publisher based in and specialising in New Orleans and its environs. Scott Campbell, founder of River Road Press, will join Arcadia and manage the Pelican Publishing imprint which Arcadia acquired in 2019 and where Campbell had previously been sales director. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
