IHS Markit has bought Singapore-based Catena Technologies, which reports on global trade regulation. Catena was founded in 2002 and has developed into a SaaS company covering trade, asset valuation and reconciliation services. The two companies have been working closely together for some years. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
