Emerging Markets Property Group (EMPG), the property portal, and Netherlands based OLX Group, which operates the classified ads arm of Prosus, are to merge within the territories of Pakistan, Lebanon, Egypt and UAE. The merger coincides with an investment round and the expanded EMPG will be valued at $1bn.
